TAP Advising Agreement

I, (type your first and last name below), understand that I am responsible for my academic planning and progress. I will carefully read this agreement and ask any questions I may have BEFORE I sign below.

I am responsible for maintaining regular communication with the TAP Coordinator. Additionally, I must complete all mandatory advising requirements while I am a TAP student.

I will declare my major within one semester or registration period in TAP. If I prolong my decision, registration for future terms will be blocked until I declare a major.

I will maintain and regularly check my official e-mail address of record at the University for correspondence from Letters and Sciences.

I am responsible for familiarizing myself with the University's academic and financial calendar. Deadlines to drop/add classes may involve additional fees.
