Thank you for your interest in participating in The Remote Project sponsored by WITops, the non-profit dedicated to developing practical solutions to retain women in tech, founded by Karen Holtzblatt.

The research will help us understand the impact of remote work on women in technology and identify whether work experiences have changed because of remote interactions -- and whether they have improved or not. Once we collect the data we will be able to share insights and generate solutions to improve remote workplace culture.

If you are selected to participate, we will follow-up with you to schedule a 1.5-hour discussion. We ask that participants keep their camera on during this chat (this helps create a more personable environment for the discussion), if you are not able and/or willing, we will not be able to move forward.  The interview will be scheduled to fit with your constraints.

Every interview is completely confidential. After the interview, each person is given a user number and we refer to them by that number; we do not capture their name or any institutions. All synthesized data only uses these user numbers; insights are shared for the aggregate population we interviewed.

If you would like to proceed, please continue on to the survey. This survey should take approximately 10 minutes of your time.
