Thanks a lot for your interest! The goal of this survey is to assess your linguistic background and your level of Spanish. In order to do so, you will answer a few questions about yourself, and then take a test in Spanish. At the end of it, you will be told your level according to the Common European Framework of Reference.

 

Please, answer all the questions honestly and to the best of your abilities. That will help us gather more informative data and will make better use of both your time and ours. You will be contacted if you qualify to participate in the next part of the study, which entails some Spanish practice and activities that take about 2 hours and a half and pays $30. This will take place from June onward and can be done online. If you do not qualify for the study, you will enter a raffle for a $10 dollar gift card. There is one voucher for every 25 people who are not selected.

 

All the information that you provide is completely confidential. The questions have been approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of Maryland.
