The Healthy Garden, Healthy You project team is interested in your understanding of the health benefits of gardening. We appreciate your time and willingness to complete this survey which will only take you about 3 minutes. We will use this information to improve our outreach programming. Your trust is important to us. There are no known risks to completing the survey. You may skip any question(s) you do not wish to answer. There are no direct, immediate impacts to participating in the survey. Indirectly, there are overall benefits from our study by being able to share information about gardening and related health benefits.
The survey includes questions about your understanding of the health benefits of gardening, feedback on the toolkit, and demographic questions including zip code, race, age, sex, and education level. No identifiable information will be collected in the surveys. All digital data will be stored on password-protected computers, accessible only to the researchers.
