We are not currently looking for new research assistants. We will begin reviewing RA applications for the Spring 2026 semester near the end of the Fall 2025 semester.

Thank you for your interest in the Diversity and Intergroup Relations Lab! Our lab seeks to understand how social contexts affect intergroup attitudes, particularly among racial and ethnic groups. We confront the causes and consequences of stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination using social psychological theory and experimental methods, while integrating insights from other disciplines (e.g., sociology, political science).

To join the lab as a research assistant, you must be able to commit to working in the lab for at least 2 semesters for at least 3 hours per week.
