The Resource Request Form aims to inform MAES REC Staff and Faculty of general requirements for events and meetings and to serve as a record keeping tool to document REC usage. This form does not reserve or guarantee space available at any REC. You must contact MAES REC Facility Managers and Staff to confirm space availability and make reservations, and to provide them with specific information or additional requirements beyond this form. This form is intended for hosting events, classes, and meetings at the RECs. For research needs, the PI should complete the Resource Request Form for research projects.
