Maryland Safe Drinking WATER Study Participant Enrollment Form

Thank you for your interest in the Maryland Safe Drinking WATER (Water Analysis and Testing for Education and Outreach) Study, an initiative to protect drinking water in Maryland. This project is being conducted by researchers at the University of Maryland, and aims to understand the quality of water from both public drinking water systems and private wells in Maryland communities using a combination of citizen science, field-based research, and laboratory analyses.

The results of field-based and laboratory studies will be used to conduct Safe Drinking Water Workshops with Maryland residents focused on outreach and education to understand and improve drinking water quality.
